A leading Heat Treatment specialist has a unique opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join their business on a contract basis initially for around 3 months with the possibility of extension. In return you will receive an hourly rate of up to £20 per hour, 3 months contract with an immediate start.
Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector:
- Carry out accurate and efficient component inspection.
- Maintain inspection records.
- Competent user of Rockwell & Vickers Hardness testing machines.
- Literate in reading and following SOP’s.
- Understanding the quality of control and reporting non-conformance.
- Maintain good working practices and comply with all quality system requirements.
Requirements for the Quality Inspector:
- Experience in Hardness Testing is essential for this contract
- Previous experience within Dimensional Inspecting
- Automotive or Aerospace background
- Previously worked as a Quality Inspector within Hardness Testing
Salary for the Quality Inspector:
- £20 per hour
- 3-month contract
- Immediate start
