Key Responsibilities:
  • Create precise production drawings, detailing all technical aspects for the manufacture of bespoke furniture and joinery.
  • Conduct accurate site surveys across London, the home counties, and occasionally internationally.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, craftspeople, and project managers to fully understand project requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to source quotes.
  • Support estimators and report on any cost variations.

Ideal Candidate:
  • A background in joinery, with experience in creating high-end bespoke furniture including cabinet making.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks (experience with other drawing software will also be considered).
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and hardware.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime if required.
  • Experience in project management and delivering joinery packages with values ranging from £100k to £500k.

Benefits:
  • Full-time, permanent PAYE position with 28 days of holiday per year.
  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 based on experience, with overtime opportunities.
  • Work in a dynamic, thriving workshop in Southwest London, specialising in luxury bespoke furniture and architectural joinery.
  • Join a team that values both innovative technology and traditional craftsmanship, with an immediate start available.
